Cornwall House - Retreat Space with Creature Comforts
Cornwall House, the Center's newly renovated and furnished five-bedroom retreat space, comfortably sleeps between 10 and 15 people and includes a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace. The large kitchen was renovated with new marble counter tops, backsplash, and tile flooring and is ideal for groups that prefer to bring their own food and enjoy team building time preparing their own meals. Both bathrooms were tastefully renovated, and the entire house is painted in soothing hues and decorated to provide a space that is perfect for reflection, renewal, and inspiration.
The house is ideal for adult retreats, professional development for school leaders, strategic planning, conferences, and corporate team building. It is also available for rental for family or small group reunions; vacation rentals; planning, religious, or yoga/meditation retreats; and university partner use.
Cornwall House was named after PBC Trustee, Joseph Cornwall from the Princeton University Class of 1939, who served as a Trustee from 1972 to 1992 and as PBC’s Treasurer from 1972 to 1984.
The rental rate is $215.00 per night (2 night minimum stay) for up to 10 people. There is a $15.00 per person per night charge for any additional people (up to a maximum of 15 people).
The weekly rental rate is $1,200 (6 nights, 7 days) for up to 10 people. There is a $15.00 per person per night charge for any additional people (up to a maximum of 15 people).
There is a $150.00 cleaning fee, in addition to a $300.00 security deposit.
For those who want to add in a day of "adventure" (kayaking, canoeing, rappelling, climbing, and ropes courses) for 10 there is an additional charge of $50 per person (minimum of 10).
