Chief Program Operations Officer

Based at our beautiful Blairstown Campus, the Chief Program Operations Officer (CPOO) is a strategic thought partner and actively engaged leader accountable for the overall direction, management, and oversight of all Blairstown Campus programs. The Center’s program model includes year-round partnerships with schools, community-based organizations, and university partners. The CPOO is responsible for the establishment, coordination, and performance of a broad range of experiential, adventure-based, and environmental education programs at the Blairstown Campus, including the oversight of the Center’s cornerstone programs: Summer Bridge, Leader-in-Training, and Venture Out, as well as general programming.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, education or related field.

  • At least 8-10 years of previous management experience in areas such as youth development, programs, teaching, and people management, in increasingly responsible supervisory positions.

  • Willing to live on-site full time or within fifteen minutes of Campus and be on-call for emergencies.

  • Pay starting at $150/day.
