Our 268-acre campus in Blairstown, NJ, is filled with trails, waterfalls, and wildlife, and is located in the heart of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.
We have various adventure and ropes courses designed to promote the development of social & emotional skills like self-esteem, healthy risk-taking, and problem-solving skills.

Chief Program Operations Officer
Based at our beautiful Blairstown Campus, the Chief Program Operations Officer (CPOO) is a strategic thought partner and actively engaged leader accountable for the overall direction, management, and oversight of all Blairstown Campus programs. The Center’s program model includes year-round partnerships with schools, community-based organizations, and university partners. The CPOO is responsible for the establishment, coordination, and performance of a broad range of experiential, adventure-based, and environmental education programs at the Blairstown Campus, including the oversight of the Center’s cornerstone programs: Summer Bridge, Leader-in-Training, and Venture Out, as well as general programming.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, education or related field.
At least 8-10 years of previous management experience in areas such as youth development, programs, teaching, and people management, in increasingly responsible supervisory positions.
Willing to live on-site full time or within fifteen minutes of Campus and be on-call for emergencies.
