Professional Development & Growth Opportunities:
We recognize the importance of professional development for staff, our organization, and the nonprofit sector as a whole. To support this, we provide:
Performance evaluations including after the first 90 days and annually thereafter.
Two weeks of job specific training to help staff complete the tasks and goals specific to the job.
Regular in-service training to advance relevant professional skills.
$1,000 annual professional development budget to cover costs associated with attending conferences, accessing online or in person courses, obtaining certifications (WFR, Lifeguard, ACCT), purchasing books or other materials, serving on affinity Boards or committees, or presenting at conferences and events.
