Seasonal Experiential Education Facilitator (March 24-November 21, 2025)

Wilderness First Responder Training Available March 16-22, 2025

Learn to lead and inspire young people from historically marginalized communities, while gaining practical experience and developing leadership skills in a diverse and collaborative environment.

Salary is $700 per week plus room and board (valued at $400 per week).

Benefits include fully renovated and furnished shared apartment, paid sick leave, and a 401k with 3% company contribution with an opportunity for an additional 2% match.

Summer STEM Instructor
Summer Experiential Education Facilitator
Summer LIT Mentor

This summer, join a diverse and dynamic team of individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students from historically marginalized communities at our award-winning Summer Bridge Program!

Our staff work each week with small cohorts of 10-12 middle and early high school youth in an outdoor classroom near the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, delivering powerful lessons that will shape the next generation of environmental stewardship.

Salary $5,000 for the season ($625 per week) plus room (staff do not sleep in cabins with young people), board, and training (valued at approximately $400/week). LIT Mentors do sleep in cabins with young people and salary is slightly higher.

Positions available June 15th to August 10th, 2025
